Adult ADHD Zoom Meeting 06/10/2022

It is not necessary to have a diagnosis to attend, we can walk you through the diagnosis options available.

Those with ADHD, either diagnosed or awaiting a diagnosis, are welcome to attend this support group. 

Those with an interest in thriving as an adult with ADHD are welcome as well. We welcome families and friends.

We will provide strategies and share ideas to help you manage your challenges.  During meetings, we'll share strategies and ideas for managing your challenges in a non-judgmental environment.

Depending on the size of the group we can also provide break-out rooms if the members want to talk in smaller groups.

To make these meetings available to everyone, we have a no-fee ticket for anyone with a low income.
