Adult ADHD Assessment Pathways
If you suspect you may have ADHD symptoms and would like to explore your options for an ADHD assessment, please download the Free Adult Self-report tool.
You can take this to your GP if you are looking for an NHS assessment. If you meet the criteria, you can ask your GP to refer you to your Adult ADHD assessment Service.
However, the NHS waiting times can be pretty long in some areas of the UK.
If you would like to discuss your options, book a diagnosis discovery call.
Right To Choose Assessments
If you cannot access the NHS service within 18 weeks, use "Right to Choose."
This NHS policy in England allows patients more control over where they receive treatment, including ADHD assessments.
The NHS covers the cost, which can significantly reduce waiting times for an ADHD diagnosis.

Excellent Course
"There are so many things I can take away from the group sessions: lots of strategies to help me in my everyday life, trying not to be so hard on myself, and using the three main things to keep my ADHD in check. Also, the strategies to help my procrastination have been useful.”
